Rosewood Hoi An will be located south of the charming ancient town Hoi An, one of Southeast Asia’s best-preserved old trading ports and an atmospheric melting pot of colonial and Asian cultures. This UNESCO World Heritage Site, surrounded by emerald green rice paddy fields and miles of white sand beach, offers an inspirational journey of discovery, perfectly in keeping with Rosewood’s A Sense of Place® guiding concept.
The beachfront resort will offer 70 guestrooms and 30 residences of which five will incorporate dedicated spa treatment rooms. Asaya, Rosewood’s integrated wellness concept, will include 14 single and double treatment rooms, a wellness lounge, fitness facilities, yoga pavilion, and indoor and outdoor hydrotherapy amenities.
Dining options will include a specialty restaurant, a poolside restaurant and bar overlooking the ocean and a bistro with Hoi An’s distinctive cuisine on the menu. Rosewood’s free-standing, residential-style event space, The Pavilion, will offer an outdoor lawn and function spaces with unobstructed sea views.
Adjacent to the resort will be a golf club featuring a 18-hole championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones II, 66 residences for sale and a country club that will include a swimming pool, fitness center and tennis courts.
