Rosewood Seoul, a new build ultra-luxury hotel, will bring a new urban landmark to the dynamic metropolis when it opens in 2027. Situated beside Yongsan Park in the heart of the city, the hotel will sit within The Parkside Seoul, a revolutionary development occupying the former site of the United Nations Command. The mixed-use neighborhood will be anchored by its high-end retail, world-class dining and residences connected by expansive outdoor spaces that will serve as a connector to both the city's traditional business district to the modern Gangnam area.
The property's location holds significant cultural, historical and geographical value and places visitors within an exceptional area of the city. Akin to Central Park in New York or Hyde Park in London, the hotel's neighboring Yongsan Park will serve as a new hub that stretches from the banks of the Han River to the foot of Namsan Mountain and includes noteworthy attractions such as the National Museum of Korea and the affluent Itaewon area where sophisticated shopping and elegant nightlife are all within easy reach.
Led by Kohn Peterson Fox Associates and designed by renowned interior design firm Space Copenhagen, Rosewood Seoul is inspired by the city's futuristic lines and eye-catching facades, and will feature approximately 250 rooms and suites, amongst the largest in the city. The property will offer seven restaurants and bars alongside Asaya, our comprehensive wellness concept, as well as Rosewood Explorers, the culturally inspired kids club concept.
Through a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere, Rosewood Seoul will offer unique luxury lifestyle experiences that will welcome creatives, innovators, and tastemakers to enjoy a collaborative and enriching environment.
