Serving as Managing Director of Kona Village, A Rosewood Resort, Daniel Scott oversees all aspects of the beloved resort, including the world-class food and beverage program and Asaya Spa. Daniel Scott has dedicated his career to the zenith of luxury hospitality since joining Rosewood Hotels & Resorts in 2003. With an exceptional journey through pivotal roles within the company, Mr. Scott's rise is marked by his steadfast leadership skills and profound understanding of the luxury hospitality sector. Beginning at the Rosewood Crescent Hotel in Dallas, he progressed through key positions at Rosewood Residences at Costa Carmel and Rosewood Sand Hill. A significant milestone in 2011 saw him appointed Hotel Manager at Las Ventanas al Paraiso, A Rosewood Resort. As Managing Director at Rosewood Mayakoba from 2014-2024, Mr. Scott's commitment to excellence led the hotel to be recognized as one of Mexico's premier resorts. Beyond professional accolades, he played a pivotal role in establishing Centro Educativo K’iin Beh, a bilingual non-profit school, showcasing his deep-rooted dedication to community welfare. A graduate of the University of Oregon, Mr. Scott currently serves as Regional Vice President and Managing Director, overseeing operational excellence at prominent Rosewood establishments. His multifaceted role reflects continued commitment to elevating luxury hospitality standards and fostering positive community impact.
